Key Responsibilities
1. Handle basic food preparation and strictly adhere to company’s SOP
2. Ensure compliance to Food safety, Hygiene and Sanitation standards
3. Ensure high standard of cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen.
4. Maintaining and upkeeping of kitchen equipment
5. manage the inventory (which include stocktaking and ordering)
6. Any other tasks as required
Requirements:
• Training will be provided
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Responsible work attitude
• Team player
• At least 2 years’ experience in F&B industry with minimum 1 year experience as managerial position.
