Admin. Assistant
Responsibilities
Perform office administration and reception duties
Attend to visitors and vendors
Data entries and general personnel matters
Manage office equipment and replenish stationery and pantry supply
Oversee office cleanliness and maintenance by service provider
Ad-hoc duties as and when required
Qualification
Minimum N/O level
Proficient in Microsoft office
On job training will be provided for the right candidate
Good spoken English and willingness to learn
9am to 6pm Monday to Friday with 2-3 hours duty one Saturday morning per month to monitor office cleaning
Salary $1,600 to $2,200
Location : Telok Ayer Street
