Requirement and Responsibilities
- Candidate shall possess at least a ITE Certificate, Diploma or Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 1 year working experience in a Project or Construction site.
- Able to carry out and complete projects in a timely manner.
- Plan and Coordinate with Project Team to ensure that works are carried out on schedule based on project requirement.
- Supervision and monitor Site activities to ensure Design, Specifications and Installation standard are met.
- Liaise with Owner, Main contractor, Sub-contractors and Suppliers to ensure smooth progression and timely completion of quality works within contract schedule
- Attending to Site meetings to resolve issues and preparing of site progress reports
- Maintain Contract / project documentation
- Personnel with fundamental Fire Protection knowledge will be advantageous
