Human Resource Business Partner

We are looking for a highly motivated and passionate HR Business Partner based in our Singapore Headquarters to make a difference in our regional HR team. This is a great job opportunity for candidates with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition and this role provides regional exposure and strategic cross-functional involvement.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.
  • Source, screen, conduct interviews and evaluate candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media platforms, and referrals.
  • Support activities such as coordinating employee onboarding/offboarding processes, communication, performance management, and assisting in employee engagement activities.
  • Assist in the daily routine HR operations, including leave management, HRIS entries, payroll, and performance appraisal processes.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and internal policies.
  • Oversee general office administration tasks, including managing office supplies, equipment, and maintenance.
  • Handle employee queries and provide guidance on HR-related matters.
  • Support the development and implementation of regional HR projects.
  • Assist in the preparation of HR reports, metrics, and analysis as required.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
  • At least 2 years’ experience with a focus on recruitment and talent acquisition (experience from an internet-based company or agency background will be an advantage)

  • Ability to develop and foster partnerships with business stakeholders on different HR matters with professional manner.
  • Well-organized, self-initiated with “Can-do” attitude, able to multi-task and work under tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
