Job Title: Part-Time Finance and HR Executive
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Part-Time Finance and HR Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial activities and human resources functions on a part-time basis. The role requires a strong understanding of finance principles, HR policies, and compliance regulations. The candidate should possess excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
Responsibilities:
1. Financial Management:
- Oversee day-to-day financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable and fixed assets.
- Prepare schedules, financial reports and assist on internal/external audits.
- Liase with banks/ shareholders on documentations / reports.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
2. HR Administration:
- Handle employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Assist in training registration and maintain training records.
- Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures in accordance with legal requirements and best practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in finance and HR roles.
- Strong knowledge of financial principles, practices, and regulations.
- Familiarity with HR policies, procedures, and employment laws.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and compliance.
