Finance Executive (1-Year Contract)
Our client is a Life Science MNC with over 900 people globally is expanding its operations in Singapore & they are looking for Finance Executives (1-Year Contract).
The role will have two positions to be filled, one person will be covering SEA and one person will be covering APAC. The MNC is looking for a finance executive who is willing to learn and strong in MS Excel.
Job Responsibilities (SEA Role)
- Assist in Audit and Tax related matters.
- Ensure proper month-end closing and reporting within the timeline.
- Prepare Monthly Balance Sheet review.
- Weekly sales reporting.
- SEA management reports consolidation.
- Assist in forecasting and budgeting process.
- Adhoc projects as assigned.
Job Responsibilities (APAC Role)
- Consolidation of management report (APAC – SEA, NEA (JP & KR), ANZ, CHN and IND)
- Prepare monthly management reports (Management P&L, Sales report, KPIs)
- Ensure proper month end closing and reporting within the timeline
- Assist in forecasting and budgeting process
- Prepare and upload monthly sales estimates file
- Prepare monthly manual sales adjustment file for ICA countries
- Prepare Korea Balance Sheet review
- Adhoc projects as assigned
Requirements for both positions
- Diploma in related fields.
- 0 to 3 years of working experience in related field.
- Must have strong MS Excel skills. Good to have but not a must: PowerBI or Visualization tools.
- Willing to learn to understand the role better.
- No travelling required.
