Responsibilities:
- Provide technical consultation and pre-sales support for SEA projects including site survey, client meeting, technical presentation, system demo, etc.
- Ensure accurancy on all the system configuration and quotes.
- Provide technical training or briefing for SEA sales team.
- Ensure to meet services quality standard and policies.
- Prepare customer training materials and deliver professional customer training.
- Attend internal training and continuous improvement.
- Stay updated on industry trends and practices.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Information Technology or equivalent
- At least 2 - 3 years of pre-sales/ technnical sales support experience with security or electronic project implementation
- Familiar with security access control system, CCTV and alarm system products / systems
