Your function will include among others the following activities:
o Processing of applications (phone calls, meetings with candidates…)
o Sourcing candidates based on open position. (Linkedin, jobstreet etc)
o Negotiation process
o Recruitment of Consultants
o Main Areas: Singapore, Vietnam, Indonesia & Malaysia…
o Main Industries: oil & gas, petrochemical, power generation, water, high-tech and construction
Requirements:
- Currently staying in Singapore or willing to relocate
- Graduate degree in human resources, engineering, business, economics, etc…
- Fluent in regional language
- 1 to 10 years of work experience (fresh graduates may be considered on case by case basis)
- At least one work experience in human resources/ recruitment/ sales / business development management and / or within an engineering & construction environment
- Strong communication & writing skills, comfortable on the phone, very good level of English
- Rigorous, reactive and enjoy working in a technical and international environment.
- High energy, drive for success and perseverance
