- Monitor outlet’s expenses, making sure that all costs are within the budget.
- Plan staff duty schedule for service crew and ensure sufficient staff.
- Supervise operations in outlet and serve customers.
- Handle cashiering when others are not available.
- Handle customer complaints, maintaining good customer relationships.
- Tally cash register and bank in cash daily.
- Any other tasks as and when assigned by Management.
Requirements
- Diploma in Hospitality or is equivalent.
- Possess good communication skills.
- Able to control costs & use given resources efficiently & productively.
- Able to lead, manage, train and motivate outlet staff and is mature.
- Required to work 6 days per week.
- Required to work on off-office hours as and when required.
