About the Team
Our industry team is rapidly expanding with many new opportunities and projects from banking and finance. As our consultants are highly sought after by many within the sector, this has increased Abeam's reputation and brand ranking.
Role and Responsibilities:
We are currently running a major project to adopt ISO 20022 in the bank's remittance system. We need a PMO member to coordinate issues, progress, risks, and quality for both users and the system for this project.
Requirements:
- Must have experience of Progress management, Problem solving, Issue management, any related PM skill
- Must have experience of PMO experience of the IT-related project.
- Must have good communication and documentation skills.
- Highly preferred to more than 1-year experience of the IT-related project as a business analyst.
- Highly preferred to more than 1-year experience in the financial sector and/or consulting business.
- Highly preferred to have consulting experience.
- Must be proactive
- Highly preferred from Financial institutions and consulting firms.
- Business Japanese required to liaise with Japanese Speaking stakeholders
Personal Attributes:
- Must have an excellent analytical, presentation, documentation and soft skills including communication on how to handle existing clients and be client-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills.
