Sales Support & Admin Executive

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Handle catering sales inquiries through telephone and online channels.
  2. Maintain up-to-date records of daily sales revenue.
  3. Assist customers, both online and offline, in menu selection, proposal inquiries, and other food and beverage-related questions.
  4. Process order transfers, cancellations, and returns within the ordering system.
  5. Ensure efficient order management across various platforms to facilitate timely deliveries and returns.
  6. Collaborate with the Central Kitchen to process orders for stores and both online and offline customers.
  7. Report and escalate issues to relevant internal and external stakeholders for troubleshooting.
  8. Provide support for service recovery and furnish necessary information regarding orders.
  9. Report and analyze Catering Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) such as sales, conversion rates, and traffic for all sites.

Personality, Competencies, and Skills:

  1. Practical experience in managing eCommerce catering ordering systems.
  2. Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  3. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  4. Exceptional attention to detail and critical thinking, coupled with effective problem-solving skills.
  5. A team player capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
  6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools such as Outlook, Excel, and Word.

Experience and Qualifications:

  1. Minimum of 2 years of working experience in a relevant industry.
  2. Diploma or degree in any field of study.
