Subject matter expert in business processes, specifically focusing on Lead to Order processes and Pricing Management. The individual will engage with senior business stakeholders to understand business drivers and convert requirements into standardized and global processes. This position has the capability to take charge of substantial and intricate projects spanning multiple components or entire business processes, aiming to achieve substantial performance enhancements. They are adept at interpreting internal or external business issues and proposing optimal practices.
Job Description
- Lead complex projects workstreams (Pricing Management, Order Management, Planning & Forecasting and Logistics Management)
- Manage work stream and support other process areas with high strategic focus: Customer Engagement, Commercial Excellence, Digital Transformation, Pricing, Order mangement etc.
- Improve and innovate business processes
- Analyse business processes to identify process improvements and enhancement, translate to project/initiatives
Requirements
- At least 3-5 years of experience in end to end SAP implementation/integration
- Strong working experience using CRM and Pricing tools (Salesforce / PriceFX)
- Well-versed in Project Management
