Job Description:
- Manage HR recruitment.
- Onboard new candidates and introduce them to others staffs in the company.
- Offboarding upon resignation of staff, find out the reason for leaving the company
- Application & Renewal of employment pass & work permit for few foreign employees.
- Manage outsource employees’ contract renewal(every 2 years)
- Manage CRM Leave portal.
- Administer employee benefits, such as insurance policies e.g. medical, hospitalization, travel.
- Working closely with our Financial Controller on staff management.
- Organize and hosting employee event annually.
- Identify and recruit qualified candidates for the organization.
- Submission of government paid maternity / childcare leaves.
- Assist accountants in monthly billings.
Requirements:
- Keeping up to date on legal and MOM requirements for the company & employees.
- Basic accounting knowledge
- Certified HR management
- Minimum 4 years of relevant experience
