Job description
- Develop and maintain good relationship with current and new customers and ensure high level of client satisfaction
- Prepare, and convert all lifts / escalators under Free –Service (Defects liability Period) to be maintained under XJ Elevator Pte Ltd
- Attend to sales activities from quotation to sales order processing, order confirmation and providing technical support
- Act as a focal point for all sales, technical and administrative customer support issues
- Source and place order for equipment to meet customer requirements
- Liaise with suppliers to ensure prompt delivery date
- Organizes/ summarizes weekly backorder and sales analysis reports, maintenance of customer database
- Formulate and implement effective sales and marketing strategies, solicit new accounts and maintain existing accounts
- Prepare tender submissions
- Ensure compliance of both legislative and company policies when bidding for tenders and during the contract processes
- Ensure that deals are closed properly and the handover to the project team is done in a proper manner
- Maintain and develop product and industry knowledge
- Maintain proper filing and document control
Job Requirements:
- 5 years in the Elevator/Escalator industry
- 5 years of senior sales experience
- Must be able to travel
- Must be able to work odd hours
- Experienced sales personnel with good track records
- Dynamic, service and result-oriented self starter
- Innovative individual with creative sales strategy
- Effective communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work with people from all levels and backgrounds
- Ability to work independently and also, as a team and perform well under pressure in a fast paced environment
- Proficient in MS Office applications
