- Have experience in wholesale bread manufacturing for at least 10 years
- Work closely with the management in developing customised recipes for customers and healthier recipes
- Have an acute understanding of our bread production line and be able to respond to machinery breakdown appropriately
- Plan the production schedule
- Review production records
- Manage and train a team of 10 bakers
- Streamline processes and commission any new equipment procured
- High attendance rate and able to cover duties of absent staff at last-minute notice, including shifts at 2am, 3am, 4am, 5am, 6.30am and 8am (normal working hours).
