Job Description
- Checking cleanliness at hawker center
- Responsible for clearing soiled dishes, clearing rubbish, and all general table-top cleaning in a hawker centre.
- Managing the plates and coffee cup supply
- Participate in staff recruitment, selection, and training
- Supervise and schedule staff
- Ensure customer satisfaction
- Resolve customer complaints and internal staff conflicts
- Order and maintain inventory control costs
- Ensure compliance with food health and safety regulations
- Follow food safety regulations
- Oversee a team of table top cleaning, dishwashing, and throw rubbish
- Plan work and coordinate activities by Supervise, instruct, and give on-the-job training to others
- Reports quickly to the supervisor/boss if any problem arises and also recommends solutions
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the manager/boss.
- Establish and maintain satisfactory working relationships with subordinates, supervisors, Managers and Boss.
