Admin Cum Accounts Executive

Pinebridge Tax Services Pte. Ltd.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform Receptionist’s duties and responsibilities.
  • Provide administrative support and assistance.
  • General office maintenance.
  • Handle accounting data entry, bank reconciliation and day to day operations of accounting functions.
  • Maintenance of proper accounting records and filing system.
  • Able to provide assistance on timely management reporting and closing of month end account.
  • Responsible for administration of group of Companies.
  • Carry out duties; issuanceof quotations, invoice, payment vouchers and cheques for group of Companies
  • Perform any other functions that may be assigned from time to time.

Requirements:

  • A graduate with a Degree/Diploma in Accounting or ACCA equivalent.
  • At least 2 years’ experience in handling accounts and finance.
  • Familiar with any established accounting software, preferably ABSS/XERO.
  • Computer literate and familiar with MS Office applications.
  • Detailed and meticulous in performing duties relevant to accounting, finance and administrative functions.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Organized and able to execute work efficiently with minimal supervision
  • Capable in handling functions and other ad hoc assignments that may be assigned by the management.
