Job Description:
- A high level Sales Manager that is familiar with the Telecom and Unified communications markets and has over 10 years of actual experience of successfully selling UC & CC solutions (8M$+ ann.) to operators and enterprises, directly and through SI (System Integrators) and VAS providers.
- Experience in Managed Services, Cloud and SaaS.
- Experience in direct touch with Enterprise and Service Provider customers in solution selling.
- In charge of AudioCodes sales team in ASEAN.
- To manage a team of 10+ people
- Excellent contacts and network with up to C-level executives, with key Enterprises, Telecom operators, major SIs and other key players in the market.
- Has proven experience to achieve or exceed the assigned annual revenue target and increase market share.
- Team leadership and managerial experience.
Responsibilities will include:
- Developing, managing, and implementing the Company’s sales plans, revenues, and budgets, for the region according to the company’s business and work plans to achieve the company’s annual and quarterly sales objectives.
- Initiating and coordinating development of action plans to penetrate new markets.
- Recruiting and successfully managing the channels and system integrator partners by aligning them to the appropriate Telecom operators and Enterprise customers in the region.
- Building effective relationships with existing and prospective accounts and selling at all levels within customer organization.
- Working in coordination and cooperation with sales engineers, product managers, professional services teams, project managers and other Company resources to meet the objectives of the sales plans for the region.
- Professionally representing the company directly with customers, partners, and affiliates
Work Experience:
- Previous experience at a senior Telecom or Unified Communications and Contact Center solution sales position and key member of a local team.
- Proven managerial experience and success in a similar position within an organization of at least $8M in sales.
- Experience in selling communication equipment to Service Providers and Enterprises through System Integrators, channels and/or OEMs.
- Ability to engage at senior levels. Ability to address customers from the technology level and all the way up to the strategic & telecom trends level.
- Have access to senior decision makers. Proven ability to identify the key decision makers in each opportunity.
- Experience in managing direct sales and management of a network of distributors/partners.
- Minimum university education or equivalent. Master’s degree in Business Administration is an advantage.
- VoIP and UC/CC experience are a must.
- Managerial experience is must.
