Scope of Job Role
- Assist head in planning and developing programs and intervention methods
- Must be able to demonstrate good outcome management; keeping proper evaluation report and feedback
- Casework and counselling for identified children and youth community work
- Daily engagement of children and youth in drop-in setting
Job Requirements
- Degree in Social work, Counselling or Psychology
- 2 years of experience in counselling preferred
- Strong communication and engagement skills
- Keen in children and youth casework and groupwork
- Able to engage with children and youth in a drop-in centre and school
- Conduct group activities, camps for children and youth
