Job description
In your new role you will:
- Leads backend material innovation projects with focus on leadframe base material & finish process/composition
- Acts as subject matter of expert to solve problems in backend packaging projects globally
- Contributes to the Infineon backend material innovation roadmap from conceptualization to development
- Contributes to development and implementation of strategy within the field of leadframes & surfaces ( for ie plating, leadframe process, wire bond)
- Contributes to the IP strategy including IP creation and innovation
- Communicated with cross functionally with multiple departments for project implementation
Your Profile
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
- Deep technical expertise in the field of semiconductor backend packaging and especially regarding lead frame base material and finish
- Min 10 years work experience in the relevant field including backend semiconductor process, leadframe process , metals.
- Min education Master/ PhD in Chemistry/Material Science/Engineering or any relevant discipline
- Strong presentation skills with excellent networking skills
- Excellent English communication to work with a diverse cross-functional culture
- Occasionally 5-10% business travel is required
