HR Senior Executive, HRBP

Responsible for providing full spectrum of HRBP support to Business Units. HR point of contact for employees. Provides HR advice to business leaders and managers in areas such as talent management, compensation and benefits, performance management, employee relations and recruitment and selection. Develop, communicate and execute HR policies and processes that support business goals. Build relationship with Business leaders and managers of each brand to influence and facilitate HR changes.


Principal Accountabilities

In addition to following Kiosk Collective policies and procedures, principal accountabilities include, but are not limited to:

HRBP

  • Be the main point of HR contact for Business Leaders, Managers and employees; providing guidance on the application of Group HR policies, procedures, and standard
  • Provide HR advice, guidance and co-develop solutions with business units on HR issues
  • Manage business units’ recruitment and selection to ensure that hiring needs are met
  • Conduct regular follow-up with managers to review effectiveness of recruitment plans and results
  • Review existing and expand recruitment channels and pipelines to maximize hiring
  • Produce timely reports and provide quality counsel on human capital issues to ensure statutory compliance and internal HR policies adhered during decision-making
  • Support performance and talent review process
  • Participate and/or lead HR projects that address complex human capital and business issues
  • Be an effective and fair Employee Champion, leading and sustaining employee engagement activities that enhance overall employee experience
  • Support payroll process by working with managers to ensuring that time attendance system information is up to date and accurate
  • Oversee and maintain the talent management structure by ensuring the job requirements and job descriptions with business units are kept up to date
  • Prepare relevant HR reports and provide timely updates as needed
  • Ensure that offer and Letter of Appointment are issued in accordance to HR policies
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives including communication, team meetings, feedback sessions, recognition programs etc, to enhance organizational capability and effectiveness
  • Work with division's business units on hiring requirements to ensure that there is sufficient manpower for business operations and growth
  • Assist in managing day to day HR operations matters such as recruitment, orientation, offboarding, work pass applications, benefits, payroll, engagement and other related matters
  • Maintain electronic employee files on HR system and in digital p-files on google drive
  • Work closely with the Operations and Payroll to ensure the flow of information is accurate and efficient
  • Ensure Onboarding, orientation and offboarding processes are completed
  • Prepare HR related documents and administration of performance management, Letter of appointment, warning letters, exit clearance and etc
  • Administration of NS leave, maternity leave, childcare leave, paternity claim and statuary claims
  • Coordinate the issuance of email, laptop, door access and etc
  • Act as a point of contact with regards to labor legislation issues and Ministry of Manpower Employment Practices, including participation in market surveys conducted by MOM, IRAS, CPF, WSG etc.
  • Handle all government statutory surveys, grant application, claim submission, and involvement in yearly audit exercise.
  • Manager of employment benefits (H&S claims & renewal), work Injury claims & reporting
  • Manage and ensure that employee leave records are up to date
  • Handle and resolve employee grievances with business leaders and managers
  • Assist and support other HR administration duties when assigned by HR Manager
