- Assess and provide legal advice including matters on commercial dealings and investments.
- Draft, review, and negotiate corporate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to assess and manage legal risks associated with business activities and initiatives.

This role reports to the Head of Compliance.
skills and experience required
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Law/Legal Studies
- Experience in drafting/reviewing legal contracts and agreements, providing legal advisory
- Prior in-house legal experience in financial institutions, especially in asset or fund management
- Experience with multi-jurisdictional transactions is ideal
