Assistant Project Manager

As the Assistant Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting the planning, coordination, and execution of various projects within our organization. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as a proven ability to assist in managing project timelines and resources effectively.

Job Scope:

  • Attend site meetings and visits
  • Determine and define project scope and objectives of the contracted services
  • Plot resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner
  • Prepare budget based on scope of work and resource requirements
  • Track project costs in order to meet budget
  • Develop and manage project schedule and work plan
  • Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress
  • Manage contracts with vendors and suppliers by assigning tasks and communicating expected deliverables
  • Identify, analyze and evaluate problems encountered by QS / SQS and propose the effective solution approach

Requirement:

  • At least 2 years of experience in similar role
