Sales @ Car Choice

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement efficient work-flow and standard operating procedures (SOP) for the operations department to ensure smooth and effective processes
- Create and implement work-flow and SOP for the sales department, optimising procedures for enhanced productivity and customer satisfaction
- Set sales targets in alignment with management goals
- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve set targets through effective coaching, monitoring, and support
- Develop strategic plans to target specific customer segments
- Drive the sales team to execute plans effectively, ensuring achievement of sales targets established by the management
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a sales management or related role
- Prior experience in automotive commercial leasing
- Possess strong business management skills and a strategic perspective to successfully operate and expand the commercial leasing business
- Ability to propose and develop comprehensive plans, conceptualise strategies, and identify necessary resources for effective business operations and growth
Other Requirements:
- Must be a Singaporean citizen or PR
- Possess a valid Class 3/3A driving license
- Demonstrate exceptional leadership abilities with a focus on achieving results
- Possess an outgoing personality and a willingness to go the extra mile to meet business objectives
Estimated Salary: $4000 to $10,000 (including fixed basic pay and variable pay depending on performance)
