Clinical Application Specialist (Respiratory Care/ICU/Critical Care)

Responsibilities:

· To provide on-site user application support to customers by visits, phone calls, email communications and hands-ontraining (on-site and virtual)

· To constantly take up initiatives to study new products and new technologies aligned with existing product portfolio or current market trends.

· To assist sales personnel throughout the sales cycle in terms of product knowledge and application, from presales to the end of the cycle and after sales support:

Presales

· Demonstrations

· Power Point presentations

· In depth technical discussions

· Propose total solutions in relevant fields

· Hold teleconferences – with end users or principals whenever applicable.

After sales

· Application training: Presentation on technology relevant to medical device prior to hands-on section;

· Hands-on training to end users: Hardware and software features, clinical application and in-service

· Troubleshooting and problem solving of relevant devices

· Addressing relevant user queries when necessary

· Provide value added service in promoting medical consumables for relevant medical devices



Requirements:

· Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Nursing, with the background preferably in Respiratory Therapy and Intensive Care

· Must have experience in supporting the salespeople in terms of pre-sales, post-sales of the equipment

· Prior work experience from Respiratory/ICU/Critical Care Departments in local government or private institutions would be essential.

· Knowledge on various patient monitoring devices

· Good communication & presentation skills

· Good computer skills, especially in MS Office (Word / Excel / Powerpoint)

· Well disciplined, self-motivated and able to work independently

· Meticulous and organized personality

· Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
