- Position Title: Quantity Surveyor
- Working Location: Ubi
- Working Hours: 5 Days, Mon-Fri (8.30 am-5.30 pm)
- Salary Package: Basic Salary + Performance Bonus
- Duration: Permanent
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze cost comparisons.
- Obtaining quotations, liaising and negotiating with sub-contractors and suppliers.
- Responsible for measuring quantities and taking off.
- Prepare Variation Orders, claims, final accounts, settlement and sub-contractor payments.
- Other QS-related tasks.

- Min Degree / Diploma in Building or its equivalent.
- At least 2 years or above QS experience in main-con companies.
- Proven ability in contract negotiation, contract administration & variation orders.
- Able to work independently, be meticulous, analytical with excellent problem-solving skills, proactive, a good team player & able to meet tight deadlines.
