For Ramadhan Bazaar Event 4th March 2024 – 9th April 2024 (11am to 7pm).
We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-oriented individuals to join our team as Retail Assistants and Promoters. The ideal candidates will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service, promoting our products/services and contributing to the overall success of our retail operations.
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Maintain a clean and organized retail environment.
- Provide product knowledge and information to customers.
- Assist in setting up promotional displays and events.
- Actively promote and sell products/services to meet sales targets.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
- Process transactions accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals.
Qualifications:
- Previous retail experience is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic math skills and familiarity with POS systems.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed.
