As an Asset Management Analyst, you will play a crucial role in optimizing and managing investment portfolios to achieve financial objectives. Working within the asset management team, you will be responsible for analyzing financial data, monitoring market trends, and providing insights to support strategic decision-making. This role requires a strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and a deep understanding of financial markets.


Responsibilities:

  • Analyze financial statements and market trends.
  • Evaluate the performance of investment portfolios and assess risks.
  • Help create and implement asset management strategies.
  • Monitor and advise on necessary adjusts to meet investment goals.
  • Stay informed about market developments and industry news.
  • Provide insights on market conditions.
  • Prepare detailed reports on portfolio performance.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of asset / portfolio decisions.
  • Assess and manage risks associated with respective assets / portfolios.
  • Work on strategies to mitigate potential risks.
  • Understand financial goals and risk tolerance.
  • Provide regular updates on portfolio performance.
  • Use financial modelling tools and analytics for decision-making.
  • Explore and implement efficient technology solutions.

Requirements:

  • At least a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in asset management, financial analysis, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical skills, financial knowledge, and proficiency in technology for data analysis
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and client relationship-building skills.
  • Adaptability to changing market conditions and commitment to ethical practices.
  • Problem-solving ability, time management skills, and a continuous learning mindset.
  • Regulatory knowledge and depending on the role, relevant experience in finance or asset management may be required.
