Main Responsibilities.
Produce Trial Batches for Hair Care Products, Skin Care Products and Home Care Products
Job Scope
- Conduct, verify and record daily calibration of weighing devices
- Set-up the relevant equipment to be ready for use prior to Batch Making according to SOP and Batch Production Record (BPR)
- Perform cleaning and sanitization of equipment and ancillary items
- Receive Raw Materials from Pre-weigh and verify relevance and accuracy of materials
- Execute equipment operation and raw materials addition following production instructions either supervised by researchers or independently
- Carry out completion procedures and equipment shut down
- Collect samples from Finished Product and label and perform measurements such as pH and rheology.
- Prepare Finished Product for collection by FP Warehouse.
- Update Batch Making record
- Prepare hazardous and general waste resulting from Batch Making for disposal
- Execute regular and periodic housekeeping regime that is aligned to cGMP standards
- Carry out basic maintenance and first level troubleshooting of equipment when required
- Liaise with Engineering Team for equipment maintenance and repairs
Work Experience
- No prior work experience required, and On-the-Job training will be provided.
- Some experience in Process Laboratory, Process Manufacturing, Biopharmaceutical Manufacturing will be preferred.
Minimum Academic Qualifications
- Higher NITEC in any discipline, preferrably in Chemistry related field.
