Admin Cum HR Assistant
Responsibilities:
· Handle recruitments such as posting of job advertisement, source for candidates and coordinate interview
· Prepare and maintain the personal record of all work permit holders
· Handle the onboarding/training/repatriation of employees
· Responsible for payroll processing, administer leave & training records
· Ensure accuracy and timely submission of HR reports and surveys
· Rewards & Recognition & Compensation & benefits
· Enforcing company policies & practices
· Support daily operation of in Finance, HR and Admin Department
· Record suppliers’ invoices and staff claims
· Reconcile AP balance against supplier’s SOA
· Prepare and submit GST returns
· Maintain accounting files and records.
· Other ad hoc duties assigned
