Food Production Manager
Must have knowledge with factory food processing procedures (cooked-food preparation, frozen dinners, marinating and preserving).
Must have at least three years of similar working experience.
Permanently night shift.
Must have food hygiene knowledge.
Must be able to work as a team.
Must understand inventory and stock check and storage procedures.
Must have good time management to ensure smooth chain operations i.e. from factory to outlets.
Require to enter cold-room (with protective gears).
Must have some electrical and mechanical background in order to maintain the machineries in good condition and manage to do small repair - none obligatory.
