Job Description:
- Strong experience in ServiceNow CSM end to end implementation.
- Experience in development of workflows, custom notifications, assessments, reports and dashboards
- Experience developing on the ServiceNow platform including the creation and/or customization of the core applications such as Case, Incident, Problem, Change, Service Request, Service Catalog, Playbook and workspace.
- Strong knowledge of the ServiceNow data model and relationships
- Experience in JavaScript and HTML, CSS stylesheet.
- Practical knowledge on Integrations using Integration Hub
- Conceptual knowledge on PSDS platform.
- Virtual agent implementation knowledge
- Experience administering a ServiceNow instance including the delegation of groups, modification of workflows/flow designer, business rules, UI pages, UI actions, UI policies, ACLs, catalog items and updates of all other existing solutions requiring revisions
