Account & HR Assistant

Elid Technology International Pte Ltd

Job Scope

  • Assists in the preparation of full set of accounts i.e. Trial Balance, Profit and Loss and Balance Sheet
  • Enter GL entries, accruals, prepayment, purchases
  • Able to perform accurate data entry to computerised accounting
  • Maintain proper filing of journals, ensure all records are in proper order
  • Receives and processes all invoices, expense forms and requests for payment
  • Prepares account payable/account receivable, bank book, petty cash and general ledger
  • Prepare monthly schedules for balance sheet accounts
  • Prepare GST & assist in taxation matters
  • Assist & Manage Human Resource Matters
  • Handling of Attendance & Payroll
  • Submission and application of work pass application & CPF
  • Assist with daily administrative operations
  • Arrangement of courses
  • Other duties assigned by Management

Requirements

  • Minimum GCE 'O' Level & above with minimum 3 years relevant work experience
  • Excellent problem solving skills
  • Good communication & interpersonal skills
  • Patients, hardworking & responsible with their work
