Job Scope
- Assists in the preparation of full set of accounts i.e. Trial Balance, Profit and Loss and Balance Sheet
- Enter GL entries, accruals, prepayment, purchases
- Able to perform accurate data entry to computerised accounting
- Maintain proper filing of journals, ensure all records are in proper order
- Receives and processes all invoices, expense forms and requests for payment
- Prepares account payable/account receivable, bank book, petty cash and general ledger
- Prepare monthly schedules for balance sheet accounts
- Prepare GST & assist in taxation matters
- Assist & Manage Human Resource Matters
- Handling of Attendance & Payroll
- Submission and application of work pass application & CPF
- Assist with daily administrative operations
- Arrangement of courses
- Other duties assigned by Management
Requirements
- Minimum GCE 'O' Level & above with minimum 3 years relevant work experience
- Excellent problem solving skills
- Good communication & interpersonal skills
- Patients, hardworking & responsible with their work
