We are looking for an Assistant Learning & Development Manager to join our team!
As an Assistant Learning & Development Manager, we rely on you to:
- Maintain accurate and up to date records of all training activities and training records
- Support hotel audits with essential training records and follow company policy as well as local authority guidelinse in training related area
- Monitor the effectiveness of pre and post training evaluation to maximise benefits from training courses and identify future training needs
- Develop effective links with partnership organisations such as universities and colleges, and training providers
- Develop an annual training plan which meets the needs of employees through the Learning Needs Analysis exercise
- Assist to conduct New Hire orientation for new employees and organise New Hire Induction for key positions
We are looking for someone who:
- Has a passion for Learning & Development
- Preferably has relevant certifications
- Preferably possesses relevant experience in Learning & Development
- Has strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across teams and vendors
- Has strong organizational skills with ability to multi-task
- Has solid understanding of human resources processes and procedures relating to Learning & Development
- Is a critical thinker and a problem solver
- Able to communicate priorities and drives business results
