Contract Period: 17 months from Mar 2024
Working hours:
i) Mondays to Fridays: 8.30 am to 6 pm
ii) Saturdays: 8.30 am to 1 pm
iii) Sundays and Public Holidays: Off
Scope of Services:
1) Conduct supervision of the testing works on existing building, in accordance to the test specifications, approved method statement and SO Rep instructions
2) Ensure reinstatement works are in compliance with approved methods and
procedures, and to achieve good workmanship
3) Ensure that all works are carried out in a safe and proper manner
4) Ensure good housekeeping carried out on Site at all times
5) Assist in enforcing the Safety Requirements and ensure Contractors maintain
safety, cleanliness and tidiness of the Site
6) Witness the hardened concrete testing conducted at the Contractor’s laboratory
7) Monitor and submit progress report based on Contractor’s planned schedule
and attend monthly progress meeting
8) Ensure all documents, progress reports, photographs, test results and records
etc are submitted on time as instructed by SO Rep
Qualification, Skill & Experience:
i) At least 3 years relevant working experience in the building construction industry
ii) Accredited as RTO with JAC of the IES and ACES
iii) Proficient in using Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
