Quality Management: Responsible for monitoring the quality of the project to ensure that the quality of the project meets the expectations of the company and customers.
Safety management: Responsible for the safety management of the construction site, formulating necessary safety measures, and conducting safety education.
Personnel management: Responsible for the performance evaluation and work guidance of subordinate personnel, including professional skills training and business guidance.
Contract Management: Responsible for the signing and management of contracts, as well as the processing of engineering changes.
Market analysis and research: Participate in demand analysis, cost budgeting, business negotiations, etc. of decoration engineering projects to provide market information and suggestions for the company's development.
Customer Service and Sales: Responsible for establishing and improving the customer service system, standardizing customer file management, and increasing market share through marketing and sales strategies.
Internal coordination: Responsible for coordinating with other departments such as design, construction, planning and other functional departments to ensure the smooth progress of the work.
Compliance with laws and regulations: Strictly abide by national laws, regulations and relevant industry standards at work, as well as the company's management system
