Job Description:
Mighty Online Pte Ltd, a premier financing consulting firm, is looking for motivated and dynamic Telesales Representatives to join our expanding team. This role is ideal for individuals who excel in sales and are looking to work in a flexible environment. The primary responsibility will be to make outbound calls to business owners, discussing their financing needs and how our services can support their goals.
Responsibilities:
- Outbound Calls: Make outbound calls to potential clients, primarily business owners, to introduce them to our financing solutions.
- Client Engagement: Effectively communicate the benefits of our services, answer questions, and engage clients in meaningful conversations about their business financing needs.
- Lead Generation: Identify and cultivate potential leads, scheduling follow-up calls or meetings for the sales team as necessary.
- Sales Targets: Work towards achieving individual and team sales targets in a dynamic sales environment.
- Client Records: Maintain accurate records of calls, including client details and the outcome of interactions, in our CRM system.
- Feedback and Improvement: Provide feedback on client responses and market dynamics to help refine sales strategies and approaches.
Requirements:
- Experience in telesales, telemarketing, or a similar sales/customer service role is preferred.
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills, with the ability to engage clients over the phone.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a drive to achieve sales targets.
- Ability to work independently with flexible hours.
- Proficient in using CRM systems and comfortable with technology.
