Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Reporting and Analysis: Prepare monthly and quarterly management reports, including P&L, BS, and cash flow analysis. Provide valuable insights and recommendations to portfolio businesses. Conduct investment reporting and analysis, evaluating performance and portfolio management.
- Process Improvement and Automation: Drive continuous improvement initiatives to streamline systems and processes. Utilize Microsoft Dynamics GP and Management Reporter for accurate reporting and analysis.
- Mentorship and Development: Mentor and develop Management Accountant to foster growth and professional development.
- Ad Hoc Support: Assist with investment analysis, business reviews, and strategic initiatives as needed.
Entry Requirements:
- Educational Background: Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Certification: On path to CA/CPA qualification preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of accounting experience.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, with experience in Microsoft Dynamics GP desirable.
- Tax Experience: Preferred experience in tax planning and management.
