Job Scope:
- Hiring: Posting job ads, interviewing candidates, and helping new employees settle in.
- Employee Relations: Addressing concerns, resolving conflicts, and ensuring a positive work environment.
- Performance Management: Helping with performance reviews, goal-setting, and addressing performance issues.
- Training and Development: Identifying training needs and organizing learning opportunities.
- Policy and Compliance: Keeping policies updated, ensuring compliance with laws, and staying informed about changes.
- Benefits and Payroll: Managing employee benefits, coordinating payroll processing, and addressing salary-related queries.
- Record Keeping: Maintaining employee records and managing HR databases.
- Health and Safety: Ensuring a safe workplace and coordinating health and safety programs.
- Communication: Facilitating communication between employees and management.
- Reporting: Generating and analyzing HR-related reports.
Job Requirement:
- Diploma/Degree in HR / Business or Equivalent studies
- Minimum 2 years experience, broad knowledge in HR Generalist function
- Able to work without much guidance
