· Basic ranging $3k - $6k (Depend on experience & knowledge)

Job Scope:
· Oversee electrical AND/OR mechanical (ACMV) aspects of construction projects.
· Collaborate on project planning and design coordination.
· Supervise on-site installations, ensuring compliance with standards.
· Implement quality control measures for electrical and mechanical work.
· Monitor project budgets and coordinate with suppliers for timely deliveries.
· Manage testing and commissioning of electrical and mechanical systems.
· Maintain accurate project documentation and provide progress reports.
· Enforce safety protocols on construction sites.
· Communicate project updates to clients and address their queries.
· Identify and resolve issues during construction.
· Stay updated on industry trends for continuous improvement.
Job Requirement:
· Diploma/Preferably Degree in E&E / Mechanical or equivalent studies
· Possess good working experience in either Electrical Power Services / ACMV Services under subcontractor company (Know-how for each procedure needed to execute & guide workers in task execution)
· Familiar on test & inspection needed based on specification & regulatory requirements
