Roles & Responsibilities
Reporting to the CREST Team HOD, the Associate Trainer will be responsible for conducting mental health training and workshops
Requirements
- Must possess at least a Bachelor's degree, Graduate diploma or Master's degree in a field related to Social Work, Counselling or Psychology
- Have relevant clinical experience (1 year or more) with clients or patients
- Preferably have 1 year or more of experience in training, programme delivery, public speaking or conducting workshops
- Preferably trained or having experience with crisis management and suicide assessment
- Must be available to run trainings or workshops on weekdays (freelancers are welcome to apply)
Core Competencies
- Fluent in English, and preferably conversant in a second language
- Motivated and willing to learn
- Has a strong desire and passion to reach out to young people who may be struggling
- Competent in engagement and classroom management
Note:
This is an associate role that will be paid between $50 - $100 hourly
