Responsibilities:
- Handle full set of accounts for the holding company and 2 Singapore subsidiaries
- Job scope covers accounting-related functions, including but not limited to perform daily finance operations including invoice processing, interco billing, AP payment and staff claims processing
- Cash flow management
- Banks and Inter-company reconciliations
- Closing of accounts
- Reporting of monthly financial accounts and consolidated reports
- Prepare quarterly SGX reporting including tax computation and quarterly GST submission.
- Undertake any other assignment which the management may request from time to time
Requirements:
- Possess Diploma in Accountancy or professional accounting qualification e.g. ACCA
- Minimum 3-5 years relevant experience in listed company
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Hands-on experience in Xero accounting system will be an added advantage
- Organise, ability to work under tight timeline and effectively as a team member
