Our client, one of the leading contractors in Singapore, is looking to hire multiple headcount for Senior/Quantity Surveyor. This role would either be posted in civil or building department.
Responsibilities:
- Perform Taking-Off Quantity and understanding of requirements in each tender that meet Client’s expectation.
- Able to complete task within given schedule and compliance to work flow chart.
- Acceptance of work assignment, keep proactively and well communicated.
- Identify and Solve all possible problems
- Sourcing of sub-con quotation , comparison and evaluation.
- Able to determine correct pricing after evaluation of quotation.
Requirements
- Min Diploma in Mechanical or Quantity Surveying or related discipline
- At least 1 years' experience in construction QS involving civil and infrastructure projects
- Understand AutoCAD and CAD measurement
- Able to read and understand engineering drawings and specifications.
OTHER INFORMATION:
• Location : Depending on Project
• Working days : 5 Days
• Salary : up to S$4,000 / Negotiable + VB (salary will commensurate according to experience & qualifications).
