Job Scope
Driving Services:
- Drive the Managing Director to and from designated locations.
- Ad-hoc driving duties as required.
Operations:
- Assist to oversee pest control, waste disposal, horticulture, and cleaning services.
- Ensure contractor work compliance, attendance, and timely payment processing.
- Assist to coordinate and maintain records for fuel management system.
- Assist to manage the company's bus schedule, and bus condition.
- Other ad-hoc duties assigned.
Contractor Safety:
- Act as a meeting coordinator for safety-related discussions.
- Monitor service contractor working hours, pass renewals, and conduct safety audits.
- Facilitate contractor training sessions.
Behavioral Based Safety (BBS) Activities:
- Participate in BBS activities.
- Assist in preparing and supporting Shutdown Maintenance activities, including coordination, field control, logistics, BBS initiatives and contribute to the PCS Employee Participation Scheme (PEPS).
Requirements
- Valid Class 3 driver's license with a clean driving record for minimum 5 years.
- Higher NITEC and/or equivalent experience, preferably in Facilities Management.
- Strong organisational and coordination skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
