Job Description
Reporting to Directors and Centre Principal. You are responsible for all the following matters, which include but not limited to:
1. Work with Centre Principal on daily operations, administration and others:
- Maintain and improve a high quality childcare facility and high enrolment
- Ensure compliant with ECDA regulations
- Compile and update enquiries from parents
- Maintain good communication with parents on enrolment matters
- In charge of enrolment paperwork and submission to ECDA
- Maintain proper documentation of staff and students’ files and records including Little Lives system
- Monthly invoicing, collection, recording and reporting of school fees
- In charge of purchase and inventory, e.g. food, stationery, uniforms, etc.
- Provide day-to-day support and assistance to the teachers as and when required
- Liaison with church personnel, contractors, suppliers, etc.
2. Group Human Resource-related matters as directed by Directors:
- Staff recruitment and contractual employment
- Staff training and professional development
- Staff benefits such as annual leave, medical leave, etc.
- Work permit application, renewal and cancellation for foreign staff including medical examination and insurance
- Update and maintain MOM quota for foreign staff
- Group insurance
- Group software licensing
3. Group Finance and Procurement-related matters as directed by Directors
4. Group Ad-hoc projects, events and other assignments as directed by the Directors
Job Requirements
- Relevant experience in preschool administration is preferred
- Familiar with local MOM regulations, HR recruitment process and work pass application
