Job scope
· Manage the Testing & Commissioning work for M&E infrastrure service in data center.
· Work closely with client, suppliers, consultants, contractors and relevant authorities in projects managed.Liase with client on weekly basic for the project progress report
· Oversee drawing management and control of technical and construction matters.
· To submit timely purchase request for relevant materials & manpower throughout project cycle
· Adhere to internal process, plan, manage and coordinate M&E projects to ensure that the projects are completed on time, within budget and of highest quality
Requirements
· Min diploma in Building Services/ Mechanical/ Electrical related field
· 3 years experience as project manager
· Professional proficiency in M&E system
· Able to produce T&C report, SAT report and Test Script based on project/site requirement
·
Added advantage:
Experience in IST( Integrated Systems Testing (IST) (Final testing before opening a data center)
PM roles experience in data center M&E project.
