We are looking for Product Manager to join Singapore government agency!

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with fellow product owners, scrum masters, developers, solutions architect and infra engineers to deliver leading-edge digital products to meet the business requirements
- Work with the product owner to define the product strategy and roadmap, gathering and prioritising product and customer requirements and working closely with the product engineering team or vendors to deliver quality digital products
- Develop the product strategy and roadmap, manage stakeholder engagement/change management
- Designing, developing and managing activities from product definition & planning to production and release
- Analyse product performance and redesign as required
- Managing the prioritisation and trade-offs between customer experience, business impact, performance and post-launch support
- Work with business analysts, developers and/or vendors to ensure timely and quality release of product/enhancements
Requirements:
- Singaporean only
- Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in project/product management, preferably in handling government project
- Strong vendor and stakeholder management
- Experience in develop product strategy & roadmap
- Candidates with experience in handling projects involving Agile, Cloud, Design Thinking will an added advantage
- Project Management or Agile related certifications such as CITPM, COMIT or PMI, Certified Scrum Master.
- Strong analytical, conceptualization and problem-solving skills, combined with the ability to present clearly both verbally and in written form
