1) To evaluate on the type and size of project Arrange for collection of all tender documents, drawing and all necessary documents. Record the Project Title and check on submission and closing date of tender and study the specifications and drawing and check for any special requirement. Highlight important notes involved in the bid. Making enquiries & resolute findings for tender information given. Fire Protection System Works involving Fire Hose Real System, Sprinkler System, Dry/Wet Riser System, FM200 System, Fire Alarm System and Fire Hydrant System
2) Prepare the quotation based on the Bill of Quantity, pricing the tender and prepare estimate cost.
3) To prepare Tender Clarifications/ Tender Questionnaires to the Consultant and request relevant document for the accuracy of tender requirements.
4) To amend and resubmit/revise in accordance to client/consultant/main contractors/tender clarification. Short out the prices based on the given break down list.
5) Attend meeting on site and arranging meetings beyond our subcontractors. To involving the site coordination & measurements.
6) Preparation of SOR, MOS, OMM, RA for the approved materials for the submission process. Raising the enquiries/ invitations to requesting quotations from our subcontractors. Interacting with subcontractors/ Suppliers regarding of quotations and cost adjustment.
