Job Description:
- To support our existing MCST customers for added security equipment to their existing system.
- Prospecting to our existing MCST customers for upgrading their estate’s existing security system including but not limited to intercom door entry system, access control, surveillance system, etc.
- To promote and introduce our Community Mobile Application combined with the latest security system to the condo estate.
- Build and maintain good customer relationships with condo managing agents.
- Prepare and manage sales presentations and system demos to MCST condo managing agents and council members.
- Prepare and follow up on tenders and quotations.
- Build and maintain good customer relationship for revenue growth and customer retention.
- Oversees the project with the Project Department during the implementation stage.
Requirements:
- Degree/Diploma in Electronics/Electrical Engineering/IT Technology.
- Min. 2 years of working experience in the security field (CCTV/Intercom/Access Control)
- IT & Network Knowledge preferred
- Experienced in MCST sales and familiar with mobile application sales
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Office applications.
- Customer service oriented.
