Our client owns assets across APAC Region and is looking for retail leasing experts to add value to their growth.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Provide regular reports to senior management on leasing activity, market trends, and financial performance.
- Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes affecting the retail leasing landscape in Singapore.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and property management, to create cohesive strategies that enhance the overall retail environment.
- Conduct financial analyses, including rent roll projections, to evaluate potential leasing opportunities and assess the financial impact on the property.
- Develop and implement effective leasing strategies to maximize occupancy and revenue for our retail properties.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activity, and potential tenants.
- Identify and target potential tenants, including local and international retailers, to secure lease agreements.
- Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential tenants, addressing their needs and concerns.
- Negotiate lease terms and conditions, ensuring alignment with company objectives and industry standards.
- Prepare and review lease agreements, coordinate legal processes, and facilitate lease signings.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field.
- 5 years of experience with marketing & leasing
- Extensive retailers network
- Great negotiation skills, presentation and interpersonal skills
- Must possess EAA or RES certificate
OTHER INFORMATION
- Location : Depending on Project
- Working days : 5 Days
- Salary : up to S$8,000 / Negotiable + VB (salary will commensurate according to experience & qualifications).
